31. A party that cites regulatory or legislative provisions other than those of the Charter, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Part I of the Constitution Act, 1982, Schedule B to the Canada Act 1982 (UK), 1982, c. 11), the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), must provide 4 copies to the Tribunal.
